Per-alert pricing charges by the number of alerts processed, in tiers or at a flat rate. It ties cost to volume, so a noisy tool raises the bill. Ask what counts as an alert, whether tiers are annual and what happens above the tier.
What Per-alert pricing means
It differs from per-seat and per-ingest models. Microsoft Sentinel charges per GB analysed, and Cyware scopes cost by analyst seats, feeds and automation volume.
