After SOAR

Air-gapped

An air-gapped deployment has no connection to the public internet. It suits classified or highly regulated work. For a SOAR it means on-prem software, offline updates and integrations that run inside the network. Few products document it, and the pages read for this magazine show one that does.

What Air-gapped means

Cloud-only products cannot serve an air-gapped site. Even on-prem products may need outbound access for AI features or updates.

Ask for the offline install and update process in writing.
