Torq says IDC named it a Leader in its AI SOC MarketScape
20 October 2026
Torq states that IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Standalone AI SOC Platforms 2026 Vendor Assessment, document US54127026, named it a Leader, in a Torq blog post dated 2026-10-20. Torq says the report scores vendors on RFI responses, product demonstrations and customer references. A KuppingerCole Leader claim also appears on Torq's home page, with no report or date identified.
We did not read the report. The placement is vendor-stated, and part of its input comes from the vendors. It is a signal for a shortlist, not evidence for a rubric row.

What it changes for a buyer
Torq's scores do not change. If an analyst report decides your shortlist, ask for the report and check how many of its inputs the vendors supplied.
