XSOAR 8.11 reaches end-of-life on 2026-11-13
3 November 2026
Palo Alto's lifecycle page for XSOAR 8 on-prem, read on 2026-11-03, lists 8.11 ending on 2026-11-13. Version 8.10 ended on 2026-07-30, and the XSOAR 6 page shows 6.12 and 6.13 ended on 2026-06-30. The lifecycle pages carry no publication date, so this note is dated the day we read them.
On-prem versions retire on a three-month cycle, so an on-prem team faces a version decision about every quarter. Palo Alto's release of 2025-10-28 describes Cortex AgentiX as the successor to XSOAR and gives no XSOAR end-of-sale date.

What it changes for a buyer
Pin your version against the page and write the date down. A team that cannot keep pace with a quarterly cycle has a reason to price a move now.
